  10. 4 sounds very British, blue-eyed. Bit of a scouse tint to the accent. Is she surrounded by a ray of sunshine?

  13. The boots are vinyl, and if you look at the record run out, it is nearly half of the record long (about an inch across). The staggered west coast design are usually on styrene as they were pressed at the Monarch record plant.

  17. Soul Music that's truly across the board from all eras. My last playlist included: 2. Patreece Johnson - You're Watching Over Me - Unreleased Jean Carne - Hello Stranger - Unreleased Thank You - Pre Release Just out of interest, I can understand the 'pre-release' as it's modern soul i.e. present day, up for a relesse in the next few weeks? However, what's with the northern soul stylee 'unreleased' cobblers?
  18. Thought it was a studio acetate only. Is it the one that sounds like the 4 Tops turn to stone?
  19. What is it that he's singing, I'm going bald baby?

  21. Yes, but it's one of Simon's all time favs (he gets very excited just looking at a scan of the label!). Anyone got a sound file?
  22. Most of (by the mid 80's) is kake becasue of those bloody drum machines. However, I'd say David Sea Night After Night is one of the best tunes ever made. Also good are Larry Wu - Let Me Show You Color Blind - Crazy Tommi Johnson - Somethings Never Change Sheer Music - Fallen Back In Love Again
