Arnie & The Lovelettes - We Had Enough
Just heard a nice early 80s modern soul/boogie tune entitled "We Had Enough" by Arnie (Joseph) & The Lovelettes (apparently the same guy who later released records as Arnie's Love). The tune I'm after is supposed to be available on some 3-track EP. Does anyone of you know anything? Label? What are the titles of the other tracks? Anyone got a copy for sale perhaps? Any info would be nice. Thanks in advance!

John Manships Auction Today
The reason that the Brooks Brothers 45 went "cheap" on Manship's auction might be because another copy of this 45 sold on eBay yesterday for $2215 (about £1220). Check it out: https://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...em=330000134576

There's a copy for $1.99 on eBay right now: https://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=4793665382 Fantastic tune. I play it often and it always gets the floor jumping and someone coming up to the decks going "what's this?". I love it.

Going Big.....what Will Be Next?
£150 for Jessie Mae on DRA! Bloody hell. Had a handful of M- copies last year which I eventually sold for £20-£30 each. Kept one for myself. Might be tempted to sell it if that's the kind of money it's selling for nowadays.

Are Dealers The Way ?
Very nice tune, catchy, I didn't know it. Not exactly "messy" as it seems to be extremely well produced for a tiny label 60s record. The tempo in the chorus is indeed a bit "off", but not undanceable by any stretch.

Pic & Bill - Talk About Love - Spanish 45
That's not correct. The sound quality on the french issue is however very good. The spanish one sounds pretty dull and distant. The US copies sounds absolutely superb and superior to the european issues. Definitely one of the best sounding and loudest 45s I've got (along with Fabulous Peps "With These Eyes"). "Talk About Love" was released 3 times on Charay, two times as Pic & Bill with different flipsides and one time as The Fiery Spartans with an instrumental on the flipside. The Fiery Spartans release was the first one, as Charay 74. Both of the Pic & Bill issues are Charay 99. Very confusing. Despite being issued 3 times it is a seriously hard record to locate. It hardly ever turns up for sale.
