Had 2 problems recently with buys off ebay,one item didn't turn up at all,another item arrived and didn't work properly,the seller wouldn't return my emails.So I phoned the ebay helpline,and they refunded all my money and p+p charges immediately.They always side with the buyer thesedays.I would give them a ring.
