Hi John, think it's pretty safe to say these had dried up by now and again those who missed out on the eBay auction now have a new chance with yours. So I think that's a bit drastic, it must be ten times rarer than many £1000+ northern soul 45's. Just remove the qoute about copies IMO!

Agreed must been at least 10 copies going to uk just this year.. Flipside is, to my understanding a fairly known sweet soul track in Japan where it along with the album has been collector items for years. Of course a rare 45 but to hint that there is less than 5 copies is just ridicilous.
  8. I acquired a copy for £10 on the latest Black Music fair in Kilburn. Realistic value is a bit more through - £30 to £50 I would say.
  9. Oops can correct myself here, sorry for mixing things up. "Movin on' " 7 inch releases as Joneses on Posse and GD & the Big J on Good (think it's the exact same version). Des had both these in his boxes. "Summer groove" 12 inch as Joneses on Us Good and Uk Champagne. (There might be a 7 inch release on Uk Champagne as well not sure).
  10. Hi Ady try Des Toussant I saw copies in his boxes this weekend. You probably know it already but there is also a longer version on Good 12". And of course it's basically the same song as GD & Big J "Movin on" (Good 7 inch). fairs@dtrecords.co.uk
  11. Ah which side? Never played the "Love changes" one
  12. Is it any track on the ultra rare Seventy Seven album that didn't come out on 45, either on Seventy Seven or Capitol?
  13. Hi Martin should be pretty cheap around £10-15 maybe. I have it for the slowie flipside "Is it love" label is Pgh. Funk. Also came out on Rca.
  14. I have the Ohio Players 16 greatest hits Lp on Trip for sale @ £30 if someones interested. Vinyl is near mint, cover is Vg+ (price sticker, very slight ring wear and small damage on backside, overall a good looking one).

Don't know if it's true or if I confused it with somebody else put heard he played Walter Jackson "Touching in the dark" dedicating it to "coalminers everywhere".
  17. Actually the special 45 release refers to Peter Brown "Do ya wanna get funky with me". https://blog1.musicfield.jp/du_ds4/archives...2paps60160.html Believe this is their boogie 12 inch wants list.
  18. Always wanted to hear Robert Tanner "Tell me your name"!
  19. Pretty sure the above is 12 incher only. Price around £100-125 maybe?
  20. Any other takers for £500 I also have one for sale!
