I'm sure i can't be the only one who has experienced this. a month ago i ordered a 45 off a dealer website. received an email next day saying he couldn't find it. It's now back on his website at double the price. Also bout a year ago, from another dealer, tried to buy a version of i can't move no mountain for $8 again was told coukldn't find it. 2 weels later was on the website at $50

i've always wondered aboiut the rarity of some so called rare records. So how about a counter against each 45 with people saying if they own a copy or not. or 2 counters against each one for an issue one for a demo.

On early days of ebay when there was only one record category got jimmy ellidge sad town on sound town for $28 Bonnie herman canadian issue $3.In a box of crap 45' there was a copy of Ralph Graham she just sits there whole box $16. I never won this lot but couple of weeks ago there was a box of 45s inc velvets on 2oth cent john bowie on merben argie and arketts on ronnie plus few others whole lot went for $47.

ANYWAY LISTS FROM DEALERS CAME AND WENT EVERYTIME IT WAS ON I'D ASK FOR IT ONLY TO BE TOLD SORRY IT'S SOLD. 10 YEARS AGO WENT TO A RECORD FAIR IN GLASGOW LOOKING THROUGH A BOX CAME ACROSS A UK WHITE DEMO ASKED HOW MUCH HE WANTED £60 WAS THE REPLY BUT IT'S BADLY WARPED. f*** NOT AGAIN I THOUGHT SO JUST LEFT IT. THEN FINALLY 4 YEARS AGO LOOKING THROUGH TIMES SQUARE RECORDS UPDATES AND THERE IT WAS $100 FOR A MINT W/D.AT LAST I'D FINALLY FOUND A COPY

Are the white demo boots of Bobby Sheen something new to do all on see through vinyl? just got a copy through and this looks to new. The copy i got is not see through vinyl. Are there any other differences in label design etc? Tubbs

Just a big thanx to the Irish posse John, Danny, Paul and Brian who made the trip over to Aberdeen on Sat night to dj. Great sounds and a great bunch of guys. Will def be going over in the near future if thats the quality of sounds. Just a pity the Belmont was a bit quieter than usual on Sat but everyone who did attend really enjoyed it. Just been to the soul scotland website and can't believe what i'm seeing. Sems like there is a new soul nite starting up every week. Over the last couple of months there's been another one started in Aberdeen making 2 another in Dundee making 2 and god knows how many in Edinburgh i've lost coubnt making 365 one for each day of the fucking year. JUST BEEN TO MY LOCAL RECORD SHOP AND GOT A COPY OF JJ BARNES OUR LOVE IS IN THE POCKET ON REVILOT. tHERE IS NO MENTION OF IT BEING BOOTLEGGED IN MANSHIPS GUIDE TO BOOTLEGS VOL 1 OR IN HIS PRICE GUIDE 2001/2. bUT IT DOES SAY IN THE PRICE GUIDE GREY OR MULTICOLORED LABEL. THE ONE I'VE JUST PICKED UP IS THE MULTI COLORED DESIGN LABEL BUT IT'S ALL RED WITH BLACK WRITING. IT'S STYRENE WITH RV-222-127430 AND 103246 SCRATCHED IN RUN OUT. IT ALSO HAS DIP TOWARDS CENTRE HOLE. IS IT A BOOT?
