This unfortunately is where I met both Wayne and vance for the first time at the pack horse ,we have gone through some very varied changes since then ,a few have passed away ,a few have moved away ,a few can't be arsed anymore ,a lot have aged and put weight on lost hair, girl,boy,wife,husband,gone too, but the music and friendship has remained I thank with the bottom of my new liverpool top for the opportunity to of at have least been involved in part of this history we strive on ..please support a free day of unadulterated soul from all on Sunday......stevie x -
just out of interest i have the jayboy demo of this is there any difference at all in sound etc ??

Well another hot day with some tunes abound at this johnnies first gig here and more to follow,excellent surroundings,reasonable priced refreshments lovely bar staff and greeted by to giggly girls whom took your entrance fee ,john kicked off with some sublime tunes right across the board stuff followed by the first amateur?? of the day EDDIE who also hit the spot with Sam Williams etc well done, Carole THEN FOLLOWED WHO DROPPPED SOME EXCELLENT TUNES FOR THE NEXT HOUR only to disappear to Macc to guest at another venue another worthy set, I DIDNT CATCH MUCH OF RON SET BUT WHAT I DID HEAR WAS EXCELLENT ,Marco followed with whom i travelled up here from deepest Manchester to support him and the others ,And as per norm his set was a mix of soul,northern and kicking in with big lee dowell set the ball rolling ,unfortunate for the last set we had to run for the train back all in all,a fantastic venue which should go from strength to strength a mere 4.00 to get in and if you have not got a residency anywhere get in touch with john to book your hours set and show you wares off ...a big pat on the back to all involved ...Steve

Prestatyn's queen of RnB Lorna has been on the scene as soon as she got out of her pram..with an eclectic selection of northern and rnb tunes to keep you all on the floor and a lovely woman too x Little George Williamson ,he may be small but comes out with the BIG tunes deejays all over the place George has been with us since i formed ' Movin on a Groove' modern tunes as well as northern..nice man our Cheshire George.. John Mitchell well radio presenter resident Dj in Manchester BIG SELECTION OF NORTHERN BIGGIES TO CHOOSE FROM HIS BOX John has been on the scene for a long time ( no longer than that ) and i'm sure you will enjoy his set Paul Taylor (my best mate now lol ) Paul is John's work horse ,another that has been deejaying for years so he knows his stuff a lovely bloke to boot as well i think these 2 will be double decking on the day we will see ...footnote to this we did have more guest djs lined up but due to there now being 4 events in the area on the same day our kitty plus club fees won't allow us to spent that much so i have had to curtail on expense, we have 2 all Dayers a year always on this and another date planned well in advance (January ) so i apologise in advance i hope to see most of you on the day...if not enjoy what you do and where you go ......pps if there is a bus train strike on the day we can pick people up from the area ...Steve DOOR TAX IS £6 START TIME 3PM END 11.00PM

Just gone through one of my wigan tapes richard banging it out 79 ,will have to when time permits to convert all of them to cd or stick or whatever ,ps Richards reply to me regarding this was read his book its all in there !!

its been on the scene for years deejaying at an all dayer in Llandudno back in 79 my long silver grey leather was nicked off the stage ???? from under the decks work that one out, plus my addias bag with all the sew on badges nicked from wigan clothes just dumped where i'd left it, and just recently iv'e had 3 records swiped out of a sales box totalling over £700 not nice for anyone so its not a new thing really
