I've got one of those hip-o-select limited issues of this cd. What kind of prices do these sell for these days ? I'm thinking of selling it to fund a long time want but don't know if it's worth much. Any suggestions ?

From an american seller a VG+ should play and look very nice. The cue burn alone should make it no more than VG.

Mine are issues. Sky blue label with dark blue text, silver background on the main piece of the soc logo.

The Truth 45 is brilliant, haven't heard any others on the label. (If anyone needs a copy of the Truth 45 I've still got three copys listed on Gemm )

I haven't a clue, that's why I'm asking. The only trace I've found of this record on the internet was from an auction advertised as a auction of popcorn records. So what is it ? Beat ballad ? (another category I have no idea what is )

That's true. I also seem to remember someone mentioning that the address on the label was all wrong. Heavy, thick , shiny. Stamp looks weird and it has bad sound quality. At the bottom of the label it says "A Grew-vy Production" in a typeface that can only be made on a computer. It could be a bootleg, or possibly a bootleg or even a bootleg. Or maybe it's just a bootleg ?

Anyone know anything about this record label ? Adresses on the label are both JA and Miami. When ? Where ? Who ? What ?

Sometimes I think my collection is made up of small collections. I collect labels: Invictus/Hot Wax/MM, Joda/Jad/Jomada/Jocida, Designer (gospel), Double Shot/Whiz, and something I can't tell yet Some artists (not always completist): Fabulettes, George Jackson, Bobby Powell, Joneses (45's only), Quiet Elegance Luckily I don't care if it's a issue or wd copy as long as it's not stereo/mono copies, I hate those!
