  1. If there's still money enough in his paypal account to pay all of you back I'd say he's not much of a fraudster.

That's true. But it's still a useful set of books.
  3. cheapies are rare, at least I can't find some obvious titles, I've been looking for a vocal b/w instrumental 45 by Raynel Wynglass on Music Merchant for at least three years now

I've bought 3 volumes so far. Ordering the 4th next month. Good books, very happy with them even if there are some entries missing here and there. Personally I take note of missing entries and e-mail them to Bob just in case he's going to take the trouble of making a third version of these books
  5. That's because it isn't

  7. current soundfile of record I don't own being played is: Jackie Wilson - A Lovely Way To Die
  8. Are there any albums on this label at all ?
  9. Cheapies are the hardest to find alright. I've never even seen a Raynel Wynglass on Music Merchant for sale with the instrumental version on the flip. All I can find are the double sided demos of which there are plenty.

The key to successful grading is probably to use a good lamp with a bright white light. I've bought too many 45's that were graded in ordinary daylight or worse.
  11. And more (please note the bold text): Annetta - Since there is no more you / Get away boy - love hill Annette Snell - It's all over now / Promises Should Never Be Broken - Epic 50464 (issue, not demo/dj copy) Annette Snell - ? / I'll be your fool once more - Dial 1022 (unconfirmed on this release number) Mar.Vells - Go On And Have Yourself A Ball /How Do I Keep The Girls Away - Angie 1005 Fabulettes - Because Of Love /If The Morning Ever Comes - Kangi 102

A comment should be added about low pressing quality Sounds good, but any grading system will have need for extra comments to be added sometimes. I've had a geat deal of extremly badly graded records from him. Luckily he has an excellent return policy And I have come across other large dealers who are stricter than him (don't know if they can compete with moerer's return policy though).
  13. Also looking for: Mystic Five - You Were Wrong/Sweet Brown Frame - GWS

There's that LP only Satisfaction Unlimited track that has appeared on 45 on two test pressings (delta matrix, Hot Wax). A biggie for the future I think ;-)

Thanks, good to have cleared any doubts

I don't really get this. I have what I have thought was a boot (got it too cheap, so I've assumed boot). Label colour is like the original posted above. It has the 'TI' in the deadwax, but the deadwax is only 8mm. It seems to be vinyl (moulded label), the funny thing is that the scratched deadwax etchings are: 'ztsc 103536' and 'ztsc 107537' what's that all about ?

There's been made a lot of stuff based on his books: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001465/ As for movies with soulful soundtracks, this one has one with several Invictus tunes and an opening scene featuring a Laura Lee live performance : And it's filmed in Detroit, naturally.
  19. It would be great to have the clips available again. But remember that when it's on your webspace it will be you they target their lawsuits at if you step on somebodys toes

It's a recent price hike, I think. I barely managed to grab a cheap copy a year ago (which turned out to be well below grade ).

    Thanks
  22. I think they're aiming for world domination. They are good at what they do though

Nobody has any thoughts ? I've seen prices that are all over the place, just looking for the current-ish one. Is it still getting played ?

This 45 went on a rollercoaster ride recently (pricewise) what's it selling for now? Barrino Brothers - Trapped In A Love - Invictus

I like Gemm. All my spare records get listed there (as long as they're playable). No fees and it's like having your own little record store. Since I list anything I come across I get a few surprises when seeing what actually sells. Good thing is that I can forget about the whole thing until I get an e-mail that says someone has bought something. Much easier than lists or ebay.
