  3. if it's the one i'm thinking of, it was "discovered" for the northern scene by an US collector who promoted it via the internet for being the "worst soul record ever" have to say i agree with that...
  4. is this the one andy rix used to play out a good few years ago? the one that sounds like homer simpson on vocals? or was that a different one?

ted taylor and few other okeh demos came at least in blue, white, purple and black vinyl. there was a whole bunch of coloured vinyl okeh demos as front page focus on a soulbowl list many many years ago. picked up ted taylor for 10 or 15 quid wish i had bought it in other colours as well
  6. how much is a white demo worth? 40-ish?

i doubt that marc is of any help for you, i don't think he'd ever been to munich (or at least in the last 15 years) but being from munich myself i wish i could help you with some shops but i can't. stopped record hunting in munich a couple of years ago due to lack of decent shops. there are some shops for any kind of electronic music, indie, etc. but soul-wise? i know of one shop which used to have some nice lps but that was years ago. if you want can PM you the address. re. erdinger beer: it may be the best known wheat beer but it's not the best one by far. when you're here try "unertl" or "schneider", much much better!

never seen or heard of a germany release (which doesn't mean there isn't one) but german 45 never had small centers, always big ones... 'triangular center' sounds more like an exotic one, e.g. australian???
