I remember a guy from Wigan 78ish who I bought a chapter 5 issue from with no centre, the record was massive at the time, can't even remember how much it cost me, all I remember is the guys name was hovis and he hung around with a smaller guy ,I think they were from Leeds maybe Sheffield way. They were always in the record bar at wc doin some hustling and trading bigger sounds, basically try to have people over, any clues to who they were!, it's cool don't worry I'm not after any money back or redemption after all these years lol. Just curious about who they were

I got 3 unplayed magic carpet ride from the diskery in brum late 70s for 30p each, and left 5/6 of this one behind lol

Does anyone know if pep had any brothers, 20 years back I worked with a dusky skinned guy at LDv vans.worked with him for years when for some strange reason we started talking music and he told me his brother was a northern soul dj called pep, was peps surname ullah as that was this guy I used to work with surname.
