  1. I heard this played once at Wigan by Pep, at the 4th anniversary, it did nothing so as far as I remember it was never played again. Reason I remember it is because I was actually taping the spot and I still have the tape.
  2. The album - side one anyway - is all Richard spins: Bobby jason (William Powell) Willie G & The Styles (Deadbeats) james lewis (The Q) Professionals Court davis Seven Souls John & The Weirdest Ty Karim side 2 is 70's shite - Cheryl Berdell, parkinson, jan Jones, Charles Johnson, T Barkley, Otis Clay, james mack.

You know since I originally did those mass uploads - think I put up about 250 clips altogether - there is still comment on some of them every day, sometimes up to 25 comments a day. The ones with the most comments (which turn out to be the most popular) are - leading by a mile is Marvin & tammi - Ain't no mountain high enough. The probably one of the 2 Etta James clips, especially the 50's one. Anything by The Temptations gets raved over, as does the Motown 40 thing which so far I've done 17 episodes of. Bobby hebb - Sunny, really popular. It's worth going to the Innercalm homepage and having a look at some of the comment and debate. The funniest though has to be on that Otis redding clip, remember when everybody joined in and chased that guy off the site, he never came back, that was really funny, he just wouldn't shut up... https://www.youtube.com/comment_servlet?all...v%3D2dWG25YI47Y

Just looking at the clips this other guy has posted, what he's done is take everyone elses clips (not just mine) and repost them as his own, cheeky bugger

I put that up 6 months ago but I put up their entire segment from this PBS concert, YouTube left 3 songs intact but made me take this one down, still don't know why. The others are still there. If anyone wants to see the whole gig, it's brilliant - loads of old doo wop groups and 60's acts, 2 hours long, dvd quality.

  7. Er, because it's by the worlds most collectable group??? F*cks sake.
  8. See this really pisses me off because you are just accusing me of being a liar, would you like access to my yahoogroups account where all the old lists are stored, then you can go through them a your leisure trying to catch me out. What's wrong with you?
  9. You missed one a few weeks back then
  10. he wants shooting then.
  11. A right old mixture - a handful of reissues, some nice US originals, 10 red and white Island 45's and over 100 original 60's USA record company sleeves including several scarcer ones such as Era, Apt, Philles, Colpix, VMC etc https://search.ebay.co.uk/_W0QQsassZmayfair...1QQfsooZ1QQrdZ0?
  12. Yes it was covered up as The Magicians - well the other side was, Sweet magic - Connie was never played. Anyway it got about a 4 week run out by Russ at Wigan, then the boots came out credited to The Magicians and straight up, it must have been 4 or 5 years til I found out it wasn't by The Magicians! Quite a rare pressing, I'd sell for £15.
  13. Yes I'll do you one after I've finished this babysitting session! Half an hour I should think
  14. Wow...any good? Sure it's the same track (R Dean taylor did a song called Window Shopping as well)
  15. It's worth a lot more than that - this is undoubtedly the rarest record in the world and I'm sure would fetch a million pounds in auction. McCartney himself bought it and paid an undisclosed 6 figure sum. he then pressed up a handful of copies on shellac 78's, even these sell for hundreds of pounds.
  16. Johns Children gave the pressed up copies away at one of their residencies in Surrey, I think it was more than 25 copies but can't quite remember, anyway if any copies turn up it's from this batch. It definitely came out on the album they issued in the US on White Whale called "Orgasm" in 1967.
  17. Wish someone would just buy the f*cker. This is another of those records I buy every time I see it - I've never even played the other side, Window Shopping is that good. Jobete Publishing, wonder if theres a Motown version?
  18. Where abouts in that record? Theres a banjo in the Delicates "Stop shoving me around"
  19. You PM'd me over an hour ago but it says you sent this at 02.18 but it's only 02.32 now???
  20. poor me israelites - winston jarrett - pama (coxsone) This is a pretty good version of Israelites from the only Coxsone related album that Pama records ever put out, "Boss reggae"
  21. Which was miles better!

Well while we're at it we could try and patent some more of my crazy record inventions like using the dishwasher for cleaning them and ironing out warps with..an iron!
  23. Bernadette Castro was bootlegged as a white Colpix demo on vinyl in pretty average sound quality. Quite a nice girly fingersnapper I think. Better than another one that was played at exactly the same time, Would She Do That For You (Mary Saenz)
