  1. You know that thread the other day about what's your favourite tailor made record? Well I had some "reissues" for sale yesterday, (mel britt, terry callier, athens rogues, jan jones, bud harper etc) and I had one copy of the Four Vandals - Wrong side of town. I'm not lying to you know when I say I had six calls for it. I was shocked.

Forget about me is my favourite Motown record I think. I'll come running is fantastic too, as is My smile is just a frown. Shame that the lacklustre When someone's good to you is the commonest of the three.
  13. You could have had that off my £5 list this week!

The Dave Barker version is on a deleted trojan cd called something original like Monkey Spanner
  15. Not that I know of...anyway I paid £125 for this so I just need to get that back really. I'll stick it on ebay for double that and see what happens
  16. I've got a Tobi Lark - Happiness Is Here - Topper, for sale...no idea what to price it at because of that water damage though the vinyl is excellent...anyone put a price on it?
  17. You have to laugh. I put up the clip of Eddie Hill - Baby I Cried on YouTube, someone has left a comment about him: "Who is this guy? I don't remember him being on Motown"
  18. I'm not saying Right On is the backing track of Domino - but it is the same tune.
  19. I dunno Rich I think I am through the pain barrier, it's 12 days now and I honestly couldn't care less if I never have another beer or a cigarette! The only problem is - I'm sooooo bored at night...I haven't even watched any football this week, just couldn't be bothered, went to bed at 10pm every night...but thanks for the tip!
  20. I was worried about you worrying about me and it ruined my day

Not really, I've posted that track up twice to a rapturous reception and also the label scan from the UK trojan issue (which is 10 or so seconds shorter than one of the Jamaican blanks I've got of it) "Out Of Love" - I had no idea it was a cover. I'll post it again.
