  1. Looks like a visual migraine, f*cking horrible.
  2. Me too...a mel britt for Christmas, that'd be nice
  3. Barry you ought to consider what Nev said, sell them separately not as collections, it will take longer but you'll double your money. Or get someone to sell them for you.

I wouldn't pay more than £50 for the Rujac one!
  5. Would have loved to do this but to be honest, I've got the records but not the bottle to do it!
  6. Bit strange to post this in the jamaican R & B section, I'll see if I can move it to the reggae section

I think this also came out on another label, Rujac(?) which is worth more but is the same version as on Atco

No, for such a brilliant record it never goes for a lot of money, I've had to sell it for as low as £15 on ebay before now...never pay much more though
  9. Fantastic record.

Did you get it cheaper than that? I must be losing my touch!
  11. Anyone with zero feedback bidding on ska and reggae is 99.9% to be a fake bidder. I've had to stop advertising on there now, they ruined every one of my last auctions.
  12. Nearly jumped out of my skin then, the harmonica intro to "Of hopes and dreams and tombstones" came on and I thought I must have accidentally started a cd up or my itunes and it turns out it was on Talk Sport and they were using it as background music! Blimey.
  13. You're banned from my podcasts for saying "tuneage"

Vince I've got a mint Persionettes issue you can have for 40 quid if you want it, f*ckin bargain!

  16. No problem Steve, hope you enjoy it
  17. I think Kev Roberts may have had something to do with that - disco version from the 80's
  18. Never, ever, heard that rumour Mark.

They've been around for years but the stuff goes straight away...I just got 2 records out of about 20 requests
  21. Right thanks for that and to everyone else who contributed info
  22. I'll Come Running is just as good as the A side, one of my all time favourites Motown tracks and hardly known at all really..
  23. Well said mate, I've questioned this policy loads of times, like when did THAT suddenly become rare? Answer: When John Manship auctioned it. Of course nobody wanted to buy it off me when it was only £20
  24. Do they know if it's worth anything though Nev?
  25. Trouble is, nothing in the run off groove either apart from the record number...
