They are actually from Mexico Davie and they are under scrutiny from Ebay, they've bid up over 50 auctions using fake ID's, except nobody seems to know why they are doing it. There's a section about it on the Pama forum

Ebay wasn't down, every now and then there's some of your details that you can't see like total bid amounts etc but the site is never down fully. Not the Uk one anyway.
