I've only ever had one copy of the Imperial release. It's very rare. I think we've mentioned this on here once before a long time ago. I don't think the London release is as rare as people think, I've had four or five issues and two demos and thats only when I actively went after it

I think I've got a UK Stax demo of this as well. Might be wrong. To be honest, I've never even heard it!

I've never played a set without playing Monique - that tempo is great - I'm talking about your George Freeman "Down And Out" type records which a snail could keep up with

Someone did a repro of the EP on coloured vinyl but they didn't bother with the cover! (Of course it's on the 1976 London 45 as well)

No I'm not Mark, I just found a pile of records I'd chucked out as junk and this is what was there, pure fluke!

But I've got some footage of the original singer (on that doo-wop show, taped about 5 years ago, I posted a few clips up) and he is introduced as Jay Black, he does Cara Mia and sommat else and he is the definitely the guy singing on the original records.
