  1. Nice one mate, one from the dim and distant past.. still remember playing this over and over again from that RCA LP Dickie put out Cheers Steve
  2. You are right mate, early on Russ had some great tunes, but later he definately lost his way, most of the regulars from 79 onwards would catch up with friends, do the record bar etc rather than hit the floor. Thats not to say he didn't play the odd good tune mate, but lets be honest he ended up as a support act for Dickie, Sam, Pat B, Rushbrooke et all We still owe him a great deal however! Cheers Steve
  3. Yes it was a Biggie for Gary R - hardly mentioned these days, here's a scan Cheers Steve Wild_Sound_Unlimited.bmp

  9. No Pete it wasn't me, but we have chatted about it a few times because for a while it seemed nobody else knew it. Great tune An old mate of mine has a copy which he's had since Wigan days and sometimes toys with the idea of selling it. He had it in his box a few months back and I knew Fluff Freeman was after a copy so I checked with Mark who said he'd like it I then lost the guys number and when I saw him again he wasn't selling it:angry: I've only seen 2 copies ever! Cheers Steve
