Yea but Russ never played it as 5000 Volts!!!! He played it as "Black is Black 75 by The Tamiko's" & the Instrumental at that....otherwise Tina Charles could have been a Northern Soul Star.... JB
I find that hard to belive for " Papa Oh Mow Mow " especially if you listen to it now, But I was there from 73, So I know it to be true.... But the Instrumental of The Sharonettes version of "Going To A Go Go" now that was Good, & Still sounds good....Don't forget @ Wigan they Clapped to anything, Maybe it was to make an average tune sound better.... I remember when Billy Butler was on live @ Wigan there was Hand Clapping through most of his performance, I must admit most of it was Slow Handclapping, because he was below average.... JB

Now as an Advertiser in On The Scene I will have some to put out @ my events etc, But only time will tell what the people think, Personaly I am not to sure, But as Paul explained he has costs to cover & NEEDS to make money, I only hope he doesn't loose more than he gains out of this new cover charge ....good luck with this Paul....
