    Ok here goes......Many many people have been asking when is CO72 this year. It's heartwarming to see the swell of admiration and affection for this event which had its roots way back in 2008 My thoughts had been for months to let this behemoth of a charity event just lie..... Promoters know the efforts and considerations that have to go on behind the scenes in organising an alldayer. especially in the current climate of pop up events and diary clashes etc With the invaluable help from the East Midlands connection and the 'trusty' backing of the Follow The Music Not the Crowd gang we have managed to put together a package we think is unique and worthy of such a long standing and revered occasion Historically its been a long running fundraising event first established in 2008 at the Ryan Hall in Tunstall...... over the years ...raising well nigh on £35000 from its generous patrons More details to follow but make a 'placeholder' in your diaries for this new/improved format . A format to savour !!! A hybrid of those sounds of 'today' delivered with aplomb from the firmly established FTMNTC team and guests.. widely acknowledged as delivering challenging and adventurous playlists whilst also attracting some of the most forward thinking and adventurous DJ's around..... Mixed in expertly with those fabulous sounds from that bygone era as classmates of 72 we all adored--- all played by a group of chaps who were actually there and have that recall of those sounds from back in the day So a 10hrs mix of the past and present...packaged in a long established charity fundraiser Continuing to be run from the fabulous Cricket Club at Congleton in leafy South Cheshire This is an open invite.........if you feel the urge coming on !!! we going to a Happening More details to follow....................     Quite a few wristbands have been sold already however the Cricket Club have informed me.....there is MORE capacity available due to the large bar area at the club plus outside alfresco section THEREFORE travel with confidence...you can STILL pay on the door

    Here it is 50 yrs on from that Golden era... those sounds, those clubs, those memories , those times of our lives !! JOIN US...the long established Class of 72 charity bash !!! So far raised over £33,000 and proud of it...we SHOUT IT LOUD UNLIKE many 'pop up' reunions you may see, ,,ALL YOUR ENTRANCE FEE GOES TO THE CHARITIES ALL our DJ's, promoters and helpers do it for NO CHARGE This truly is a charity focussed event !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A 'supreme' line up of DJ's with many actually 'there and doing it in '72 !!'' ............................ready to play those sounds of the era...the records. the labels....and those memories !!!
