Hi Dave Both those numbers are on the 45 - if you see Dave Fleming's scan above - the release number is 1551 with each side designated K100/K101. This is the same as my copy too! I'm presuming it only came out the once BUT don't have any paperwork with me at the moment and can only check when i get home later? Hope this helps? Steve
