While I'm on a roll I just found a GORGEOUS copy of Esther Philips 'Just say goodbye' on an original UK Black Atlantic (AT 4077 from 1966) Looks like it hasn't been played and the labels are virtually spotless with no spindle marks Lovely to have in such pristine condition Think this will have to be another eBay listing, so again watch this space!   7. Incidentally, I love 'Can you win' as a dancer BUT the other side is by far and away a much better Soul record. 'Love changes' is a killer mid-tempo track - love it!

  10. Strangely enough Nev, I'd at least half a dozen PM's via SS/FB less than an hour after posting Rushing at the moment, so will reply to everyone later (no one mentioned dosh yet though just that they were interested!!) guess there will be a load more by the time i get round to it!
  11. Nah Pete, I still have the one I got from you. Even though that one was not mint, I'm keeping it cos it has a specific click in the track which i see and hear on youtube etc. Must have been lifted from one of me radio shows

  21. Yeah mine is like that! One side plays fine and the other side is off centre????? Thankfully the full length version of SOOYL and the other killer track are on the side that plays OK
