A Project For All-get A Camcorder
Was thinking about last years losses, Popcorn, Mike Terry, Levi etc. A fair few of us spent time with these guys when alive, and had stories to tell after they left. But how nice it would be if some of these were captured on film. When you look back at the Jazz or blues era some many of the greats were rarely captured. With the ease of technology now that does not need to be the case. Even many cell phones now can record a minute or two. So if you get the chance try and record something if you meet people. Bring it back and put it here in refro or on You-Tube. In many cases the next few years will be our last chance to do it.

7" Laquer Dubplates
Not going to get into Carver over acetate thing. But agree with Flynny, the more kept going the better. Whatching the late Ron Murphy in action on his machine was a real joy. These things are a real work of art and i'm pleased to see someone using them. Best of luck boys Dave
