Have had so much fun reading and contributing to the Philly International tread. This made me think about TK and all of Henry Stone's other labels. Although he started out in the 60's, his biggest output has to be about the same time as the Philly International label. Infact you could say apart from Motown, he was Philly's main indie competitor. So hard to find tunes from his stable and sound clips if you've got them. This compared to many other areas is a bit of a gap for me so, i'll read and listen with interest. Dave

I got my copy from Dave Withers, who had it covered up. But can't remember what the cover name was. Met Tee Fletcher a while back but he didn't have any copies. He told me the group were managed by a local Atlanta lawyer, but todate have failed to find him. I think Dave got it from Richard Searling?

As far as I know it never came out, apart for a boot white label. But I'm sure someone will tell us different. It was from a whole LP that was being done over here with him, but never got finished. I got it from the producer as an mp3, but the quality isn't that good. But will give it an airing at Soulshakers on March 10th

You could get alot of people in that club, main room, Mr M's. The lobby just before M's could hold 60-70 on it's own. I can remember one nite there so many turned up that they stopped people coming in the main venue and opened the Beachcomer all niter.
