Hi All, Heard this for the first time about a month ago and its really growing on me. Was this issued in the USA? I note there is a picture sleeve copy on eBay at the moment on RCA Italian for £150. Is this the going rate for this single and were there any other Countries it was released in? Thanks for your help - Al
