  2. i remember mrs doubtfire now. bought a frank beverly on phil la for 3 quid off him/her/it. not seen for 10 years or more. anyone seen in more recent times dave
  3. see i always thought the cream one to be a bit harder. But one thing i have always found. the red ones are always clean and the cream ones seem to be a bit beat up. cant remember the last time i saw a nice clean cream issue in a sales box dave

  5. the astors had 4 45s on stax and do you know something ive never played mystery woman ever. the flipside of candy ' i found out' is tremendous IMVHO dave
  6. its a similar lp as the soul improvisations lp from 1970. a couple of decent crossover dancers and a few instrumentals. i bet all these recordings were done the year before that but apart from the share 45 never saw the light of day til 1976 dave

  10. remember henry atkinson having one in his sales boxes a few years ago for 600ukp i think JM and TB have both auctioned copies more recently and got a little bit more than that tho dave

  17. let a kenny lynch slip thru ebay last week. it went for 49ukp. while the betty wright price is a bit OTT. with most people, playing original 7in vinyl is the name of the game. its still rarer than a host of usa imports that go for double the price JM got for it dave
  18. i remember this being covered up in the 90s. can anyboby remember what it was to save me rooting thru loads of tapes. i personally love it. our brian hates it. never knew what it was until it was on a brownie cd some years ago. doesnt turn up very often i`d have thought 1200 ukp easily dave
