This one is priced due to a dark patch on the label that doesnt detract at all from an otherwise faultless NM player with no background noise, pops or clicks. The first time I met Gospel Bob he told me a story about someone asking where he got his name from and he told them that he was born in the deep south of America and his dad was a pastor who had to flee the country or something to that power 😂

Looks and sounds like a bandwagon leap on the hot subject of the moment from another outsider attempting to cash in... Other than that, this just sounds like horribly processed AI effort at best and a lazy attempt with preset samples on very basic recording software.

I have a copy now.. So will be getting an airing at the next Heart Of Soul Lewisham on the 15th of Feb, I paid £360 including post and dealt direct. Not too bad considering there is apparently less than 10 copies.

Was really gutted to hear this, brilliant artist who's often overlooked by loads of people especially in the UK due to his big hit. There was a thread not too long ago discussing him where people were posting all sorts of great underplayed sounds of his - when I checked at the time that thread was floating about he was still touring which is possibly the saddest thing) Here is one I like and play from time to time which was also done by Major Lance but this is the superior version...

Looking to move on this brilliant obscure Stafford gem in EX condition, some very minimal cosmetic darker patches of discolouration on the label which do not distract what so ever along with with an immaculate playing surface. Last one sold on Manship for £570 - Looking for £500 or nearest offer. Happy to supply audio/video playback and images for anyone who may be interested.
