Mine was a Soul Bowl soul pack er, special ! Worked out at 25 pence back then. That reminds me, at the bottom of a box of dusty 45's I found an old Soul Bowl credit note for 20 pence ( it's so old it's actually parchment & written in ink by John the 'Soulfinder General' ) . Maybe will try to add a few noughts to it?

I have it on TOBIN too. Nice track ( the otherside 'Hey little girl . . .' a bit messy ). Came in a soul pack from Kings Lynn back in the day ( & back of a Morris Post van ) . Didn't know it came out on TURBO too & with different flip !. Happy hunting !

Mine on UK Anchor too ( UK ABC records label ) bought it 1979 for ' It ain't no big thing ' which was a Robbie Vincent play for 1 week.(Album re-issued on CD in Japan with a pleasant bonus re-mix of said track). The track 'Mr Blindman' played later by Sir Norman of Jay . I thought value was £100 but maybe gone up lately? (I think the tasteful cover photo was taken by Mr Magoo). Jez ( Mr curtain man )

Greetings soul pickers. I have had a price quoted ( ! ) at £100 for this tasty 45 but also have been told worth a bit more? I'd honestly grade my copy as VG ( plays great, had it a few years & thinking time for it to leave home) Any suggestions on price much appreciated - CHEERS ! JEZ

The 45 was issued by PICKWICK on HARLEM HITPARADE in 1973 - not a boot. Also they turned up (30 years ago) in Soul Bowl soul packs. I have a very clean copy which I'm selling Jez

I have 2 copies . I always assumed the ' in the pocket ' track was a home made job recorded in the Uk in the early 80's - I may be wrong. I remember it being played at the 100 club long before before it appeared in Virgin stores June 1987 (price £3.49) And on that red vinyl bombshell . . . .

Well, I did it at £18 as it's same cond. as when released & I saw a used copy sold for £20. I might do it for £15.99 in the summer sale. I remember Jimmy Young played it on radio 2 when it got re-issued -how sad is that?
