As for TOD the recording is a bit wooley or warm, then they guy who was clicking his fingers to the beat must have blisters by now.

It sounds like a studio tape, complicated backing with the vocal over the top a bit like Al Hughes on Scope - Take It Or Leave It where you can clearly hear other sound fields in the mix.
