I`d Rather Leave On My Feet/you Turn Me On. What`s Best Version?
Doing a poll to see what`s you fav version of all this on different track titles. I could also do with what year they were released, this is what info i have got from previous threads on this: I`d rather leave on my feet-Clyde Milton on Disco Tac Records "Ž— CM 101 it seems this was first version, maybe late 70`s/79? I`d rather leave on my feet-Emmanuel Laskey on Dt 100 Came out in 1980 on 2 presses. For me the Green one and best version. Silver is a different mix.So this was first release on this label so rest are all from the 80`s. You turn me on-Fourth Day on Dt 104. Great double sider and the best version for me,same backing as I`d rather leave etc but different lyrics. No year on this, any ideas? You Turn Me On-Magnificents Dt 104. Slower version from memory(used to have it) same label number as Fourth Day so did they get released same year? Feel free to add any more versions Clock is ticking

Great record,i first heard Bob Crosby play this at Essence years ago. i remember the pile that turned up and missed out cos they all went quick via private deals . Nev offered me a spare for good money and i turned it down thinking more would crop up and price would drop.....Wrong... Next one went for double on ebay via Germany and after that didn`t see a copy for 3/4 years till Nev sorted me out a few years back .- C.a.t. Magna Glide Modern Soul Promo Lp T.k.murray
Only joking Rupert lol. ,you do the same for me if needed . I know it was a good price- Just Looking For My Love-Four Wonders 45

So Paul there`s still a unissued acetate tucked away somewhere . Would love to hear what else they recorded cos both tracks on the 45 are class . Hi Pat. Ok i`ll return yet another record . i wish it was only a few more lol. Cheers Fella, didn`t know you were locked in P.s anybody got a issue copy for sale which plays both sides perfect?- Just Looking For My Love-Four Wonders 45
Just picked up an issue and my copy plays off centre on the just looking side but the b-side Haven`t we been good for each other plays fine. Just played the demo copy which i`ve had for years and the Stereo side plays perfect but mono plays off centre. Are all the copies the same? It`s driving me bonkers of late all this hassle collecting, think it`s time for a break . - Customs Charges In Us - New One On Me
