Just found a copy. Seems to be little known with the B-side, of which I've attached a recording.

Great record. Very similar to the Constellations' "Tear It Up Baby," another Johnny Pate arrangement on Smash.

Took me a while to find one of these. They do turn up occasionally on ebay, so you should look there...
