Dd Decks + Mixer Wanted For Friend's 12 Yr Old Son
I bought one of these decks and they are fabulous for the money (direct drive for under £67 - amazing!!!) https://www.thomann.de/gb/american_audio_ttd_2400.htm Looks like they also do a mixer too, so a good chance of getting the lot for £150. Hope this helps. Steve

All Time Top Five?
What makes these your top 5's - is it the memories attached to each of the tune do you think? I know if I had to think of 5 tunes they would take me straight back to where I first heard them, or maybe even bought them. Steve EASTBOURNE

Southern Allnighter
Count me in, Russ. How about Eastbourne Town Hall for a nighter??? BTW - some of the best nights I have had in the past X years were at the Snooker Club in Portsmouth(?) that were run by Steve C and Dave. Music policy, for me, was absolutely spot on and always reminded me of Capitol Soul Club. Gutted when it ended.

45s Associated With Certain'Current'Venues
For The Dome I always think of Martha Starr - Love is the only solution (Flynny, I think?) For South Coast I think of Gloria Taylor - Total disaster (Steve C) or one we always end with in Eastbourne is Edwin Starr - I have faith in you
-
Jackie Wilson/lavern Baker
I have this on an old lp called something like "if it ain't a hit I'll eat my..." - always used to end do's with "f*** off (the dirty rooster)" HAPPY DAYS!!
