  1. All 3 sides of balcony in use. Edwardian theatre.
  2. I spoke with Ginger and he firmly wants to be on the billboard and is doing everything he can to be there illness notwithstanding.
  3. It will feel very strange to be on that stage without Mike, we were together along with Pam and Wendy for 27 years. Three venues. Soul@ the Ooze, Albion Hall Earby and finally Rolls Royce Barnoldswick. Emotional yes but proud of Pam and her charity choice I will embrace the night.
  4. Our 27th annual Xmas soul night, once again hoping to have the 3 original djs together again. Plus a welcome to new jock Billy Mailley, Billy is excited to see this wonderful venue.
  5. The Rolls Royce date is now Friday October 31st .
  6. A short post about our last event in June. Arthur Fenn priced just as good as I knew he would, a full house at Greenhill gave a fabulous atmosphere for Arthur to work in. As he said it's not often he can play those tunes out that he really believes in. Ade Rushworth and Paul Carty were amazing having to follow that. Regulars David Ferguson who played a fabulous early spot, Wendy Korol and Jill Davidson, Roman and Richard Lodge kept things more than interesting. Check out our Burnley Lost Souls page in Facebook for vids, reviews and playlists, it really was an awesome day. Clare Shard, thanks for comment "This is as good as the Old Vic, Winter Gardens"
  7. My dear friend Ginger continues to struggle valiantly with illness, unable to be in the places he loves, I have spoken with him and he would like to be kept on the poster and will fight to be here at Lost souls I can update nearer time but I'm happy Ginger can have a target to aim for.
  8. king forward to this one. Should be fun,we have visitors from the States and our East Coast.
  9. A rare chance to See Arthur Fenn in our area.
  10. Remember the Keirby Park Hotel. Burnley. Djs such as Soul Sam, Kenny Burrel, Hammy, Dave Rivers, fantastic sprung floor, very busy in the 300s. Regular djs Ginger Taylor, Terry Motown Davies and Roman plus Billy Foster so we will play some of those Kierby favourites as we have added Billy to the days line up. Should be fun.
  11. Lost Souls set went down well at Winter Gardens weekender.
  12. Great stuff, wonder if this is the one I'll make after a bad few months, hope so, Ro
  13. Put a few Muni films up on Facebook under Ro Korol.
  14. Muni has a capacity over 600, we wouldn't want that at a soul night, too many, our best attendances are around 360 mark, and I would limit entry at that point on the night. We are discussing an alldayer at this fabulous venue. More news it looks like we have Rolls Royce Barnoldswick back on October 11th, great news.
  15. Ginger missed the Winter Gardens,I'm sure he's gutted,we all wish him the best.
