So are there 3 different original promos then - the one I've posted at the top is slightly different

Steve Jeffries has one on Ebay as a buy it now at $50 and describes it as a re-issue or something like that as it has a five figure matrix missing

Is the one below an original promo I've seen the other promo with the horizontal lines across and I'm sure that one was copied / bootlegged If there are originals of each design - why the difference - is it down to different pressing locations or a second run with alternative labels
