Carmel Strings, I hear a symphony, white label??
Yep that's the one Steve. No doubt I have a boot but a really good sound anyway and worth the 2 quid I.M.O. Still baffled as to why anyone would boot it?? Might make a Frisbee out of it. Cheers, Tony.

Carmel Strings, I hear a symphony, white label??
I managed to pick this up at a flea market for a couple of quid. The white label say's World Pacific Records with matrix WP466A on the I hear a symphony side and WP467B on the Lovers Concerto side. The label is moulded, not stuck on. The vinyl looks typical 70's quality. Would this be a legit demo pressing or was there a boot of this type known? I wonder why anyone would bother to produce a boot when the original is so cheap to buy. Any info appreciated. Thanks, Tony.

The Performers, I can't stop you on Mirwood
Am hoping someone is able to assist with this please. Have checked popsike and it seems to go from anywhere between 17 pounds (2015) through to 22 pounds (13th Jan 2016). I am willing to pay a bit more than that for an Excellent to Mint Minus copy and prefer the black label, although the blue will do just the same. Please P.M. me if you have one for sale with condition and price shipped to a U.K. address. Many thanks in advance, Tony.

Sam the Sham, Ain't Gonna Move. Anyone play it?
Does this cracker R'N B side ever get played out? I managed to pick up an Italian MGM with Woolly Bully on the other side while crate digging at a flea market in Athens last week for a couple of euros. The flea markets in Athens are a goldmine IF you have a week or two to spend looking, there are thousands and thousands of plastic crate fulls to get through.

The Satintones, Half A Man. On Street Corner. Whats the story?
Anybody have any information about this 45 that has credit to Ian Levine. Certainly one I have never come across before. Was it ever played out? Does anyone play it now? There was a nice one on ebay last week and it got no bids. I managed to get a sound clip and to be honest it didn't sound too bad. Nice looking label too. Any useful info would be appreciated. Thanks, Sue.
