im sure this is a boot,as rb-10 058 is a dickie goodman 45,

i remember soul sam hammering this at st ives all-nighters in the mid 70sbut as someone else said it was booted but the sound quality was a bit iffy if i remember,it was cheaper than a real one,but ive never seen a pucker one before!!!
