  5. I would like to hope it may contain a great story.be great if it can work in a retrospective sort of way? That way todays scene is seen as being progressive and very different to how it was back then. Handled in a correct way this could be a cannes work of art contender. I love it when a low budget film blows the big boys away. I have to stop train dreaming now as i am approaching piccadilly station and brain cells are still weekender shocked . Lets see some script ideas ? Be positive is my motto . It isnt always about money some of the best works of art that have been produced for our entertainment have evolved out of low budget productions
  6. I do fnd fortune tellers a tad tiresome. How anyone can make such silly assumptions prior to it being made never mind released smacks of drama queen to me . I know i wil enjoy the film based on the clips i have seen and i speak for the number 55 .
  7. I was amazed I have only just heard this ? Richard Searling played it at Blackpool last week in one of the afternoon sessions ( Cream of the crop for me )
  8. Lol my album arrived today with the Delihla Moore's This love on it . My god you couldn't afford to make the mistake of playing the wrong track , the sounds preceding sound like tracks from The Untouchables lol , what a contrary album is this "Hit em hard" ... OOps just realized its a film sound track album wow .. I love Her I need your love too ! got a funky edge to it very nice . Actually Being Wise is good too , yes three nice Delihla tracks for 40.00 pounds I think Richard Searling was saying the single of This is love is around 500.00 quid ... I am well pleased BTW there is another one sitting to be picked up on musicstack I owe Ga reth one of these
  9. Can anyone tell me when this is due to be released , I have only just seen the clips on utube and I must say within the short footage that I have seen i feel you really do get a sence of the director capturing the personal passion that we have all felt at some time on our journey with this music. I am looking forward to seeing the film. I have not read the thread up to now ( being a bit lazy ) so if someone could give me a release date I would much appreciate it. thanks in advance
  10. Well some of us have to settle for the LP version because we can't afford the 45 . I am really pleased in that I have just picked up Delihla Moore's This is love on an LP ( thanks for the heads up SS) which I would never own on 45 . Same applies for my Peachtree LP for Emory & the Dynamics and also the Free Angela LP for Little Tommy , which is a tad slower and very nice too. yes my LP collection is growing

  16. Very true kev .. remember three little pigs at 150 .00 quid .... Sister james at 70 pounds ....and boots at silly prices... its the crazy world of NS
  17. I heard this played at Ramsbottom and a few around me liked the sound and asked how much it was and were told its hard to find...since then I have heard all sorts of stories about it fetching more than 50 quid ... I really can't see what all the fuss is about ? but then thats just my opinion , to me it sounds no better than Don't talk like that which is a ten pound record. I can think of far better records to spend that amount of money on. I do get tad annoyed when someone spends silly money on something and then future sellers think thats the price set in stone forever more ... I mean 300 dollars ? come on lets gets a bit of reasoned judgement on this.
