Here you go one on Chapmans site for ya... Goodbye Cruel Love Stardust 45 £3.00 don't want an original in there feeling out of place with all the others..
  7. I love playing stuff indoors but its not the same.. indoors I listern to the words dance round the front room in my socks and enjoy it.. quite oftern cut the end of so I can playthe next record.. but and I mean BUT.. when your out and the dj put some thing on and the floor fills up and your part of that .. then to me thats what its all about.. I remember one night at Bisley and the dj played Willie Mitchell - and the whole floor was stomping away it felt like the whole of Bisley was on that dance floor with me, in fact it felt like the whole of Hampshire was on that dance floor with me.. maybe not the greatest record, I wouldn't even list it in my top 1000... but it was the greatest feeling I have every had on a dance floor.. and to me that is what its all about..

Bearsy can probably answer that one While on the subject of Ordinary Joe.. i'm told the LP and 45 version are differnt. The 45 being faster I've never played both.. well I couldn't don't have the 45 to play it.. is this true is it a better version than the LP? also what do you think of the Jerry Butler version... nice as an ender.
  11. Marbles well spent... has he still got them or has he lost them now? If he hasn't he Will do when you tell him how much it costs now.
  12. I think he has a blinding voice - I played "Diplomats of Soul feat Noel McKoy" "Someday" the old Donny hatherway track..at the IOW this year.. For Me it would have to be "I walked Away" Bobby Paris.. I remember hearing that song for the first time 23 years ago.. going out and buying it on SOS.. Real Soul.... even now I get goosebumps and the funny thing is I have only just got round to buying it.. I never wanted it as I always knew if I had it it would loose its ooommph for me but have managed to only play it 3 or 4 times indoors since the end of July. and here it canadian issue
