Following on from the general feel of this thread. Just got off the phone with one of the drones at HMRC and the gist seems to be: a greater "crackdown" on non-EU imports: items shown as "gifts" and an emphasis on checking notional or "NCV" (No Commercial Value) comments on packages. My own case. 1 disc some 15p over the £15 limit (by the HMRC exchange rate for January 2013) means I was charged a further £11.15 comprising of £8 RM "handling" charge and VAT @ 20% on the full cost of the disc. From my limited maths it would seem that around $24 is the limit any of my US bids on eVilBay will go in future. Or maybe I'm just unlucky?

Oooh luverly!!! Is there a finer looking major than a black RCA stock? Only one I can think of is the multi-coloured Coral.

Unbelieveably, I first heard it (SB) on my one and only visit to the Pendelum in Manchester, but also heard at the Top Rank in Hanley - Sunday night sessions. All before the Mecca I'd have thought.

No one's responding Macca, so here goes. Sold my w/d for £85 about three months ago, thought that was a fair price considering I graded it as a VG+. Minter might go for more, but more for looking at that playing I'd have thought. As for stocks, never actually seen one, but I remember a few years ago, those loveable rogues at Anglo American had a mind blowing list of virtually every wanted RCA stock including this one. Even back then I think they were looking at a comfortable three figures. Just an aside, as good as this is, it's Blue Square league compared to the Champions League Dusty version that I grew up with.

Might be just me, but I've always seen more copies on Dynamics, but then again, it might be just me!

Any brave souls out there ever considered giving his "You never know" on MGM a spin out? Always was a fave of mine, from the moment I heard it on one of Roger Banks's lovingly put together tapes. I know it's in the "too cheap to play" category, but what a tune from a man sadly remembered by many for his cod-reggae hits. The guy had skip loads more talent than these suggested IMHO. Johnny Nash revival anyone?
