Hot because of the dj's passion for their record collections , when a person as took decades to gather tunes it really shows out on the floor , dancers are not merely going through the motions , they are actually in harmony with the DJ , to me this is the very essence of northern soul , of music in general without a good conductor there's no orchestra!
