I have this 45 and have posted it up in Refosoul for you.

It's a vocal version of 'I'm Tired' by Tom & Jerryo on Sherwood 106 B - which was re-issued with a stuck on paper label as 'Soul Blues' by Mutt & Jeffo on Jerry-O 106 B.
