Always assumed there would be another volume covering the next couple of decades & bringing us up to date. Any news on a follow up ???. Best Russ
April 20, 201015 yr Wasn't they originally going to do a follow up about the 80's etc, Stafford era and beyond? Certainly deserves a book of its own.
April 20, 201015 yr I don't Think Mike hasn't covered the costs on the first one yet !! quote "I broke every publishers rule on Putting that baby together-I let my heart rule my head !" or something like that in a very late night conversation in a Manchester hotel !! Rob
April 20, 201015 yr I think the original aspiration when the book came out ten years ago was to write a second volume 80s to the present day (1999/2000 whenever it was). This would've been very interesting. However, I think anyone who wanted to update it for the last 10 years would have a hell of a tough job on their hands in view of the many different directions the scene has gone since then.
