I'm Flying Out To Florida On Thursday For A Two Week Holiday, Its A Family Holiday And We Will Be Visiting Theme Parks Etc. But While I'm There I Think It Would Be A Shame To Miss Out On An Oppotunity To Maybe Visit A Soul Night Over There Or Find Some Records.

If Anyone Has Any Helpful Information On Soul Nights, Good Record Shops, Or Anything Else, I'd Love To Hear It.

your best bet might be a car boot sale ( i think they call them flea markets ) record shops will have been cleaned out by now .....or look out for garage sales on a saturday or sunday as you drive around ....dont think the family will be to happy looking for records when you could be spending that money at DISNEY,SEA WORLD ,UNIVERSAL.....have a good time say hi to mickey for me

if your going to orlando theres rock and roll heaven. although its been the main port of call for most soulies visiting disney world you may pick up a few scraps there. ive been there 7 times myself and always picked up bits. you`ll never find big money stuff tho.just look it up in the fone book.

The last few times I have been to Orlando/Ft Lauderdale/Miami Beach etc and have picked up the Yellow Pages all the record shop pages were missing

There's not much here any more...in fact everything north of Conway Road has been barricaded off to keep the tourists out......

Just kidding...Soul nights ...None ...you can pop round to ours and I'll spin some choons for you.

Record shops....a couple but nowt worth leaving the family for a trek away from your hols.

Its in the mid 80's, the sun is shining, the season is gearing up, there is a balmy breeze in the afternoonevening. enjoy yourself, fill yer boots at The Golden Coral or Ponderosa...get plenty of ice in your Coke because refills are free and you don't have to worry about displacement and ratios of soda....Sun screen is cheaper here than there ...just have fun.

Sorry Jim last time I went the ponderosa it wasn't very good, Golden Coral is very similiar but better imo, and deffo the best place to hear some soul is at Mark's house .

theres a golden corral on the crossroads of international drive and sandlake road behind wallgreens and theres one on highway 192 (irma bronson memorial highway) just inside the kissimee city limits they are both ok and better than most of the others
