Could anyone provide more details on the Foreign Blue Renaissance 45? A label scan is what I'd like but if the owners prefer to keep it hidden, then details such as correct label name, titles, date - would be much appreciated

Label name is "KOHOUTECH RECORDINGS". Label says KOH-111. Side a is "FINDING YOU". I can't find my notes of the b-side but I have full audio of both sides somewhere, am looking.
