That said on JM's website the demo is there at £200.

Would have thought maybe £100 - £150 for an issue?

Hi Mate & HAPPY NEW YEAR....when prices of records such as this, remember in all but 5 cases, the GOLDEN RULE is if it come out in the UK it is worth much less, and UK DEMOS are worth more than stock again with about 5 records that defy this rule , your record is rare though £60+ DAVE S89

Not disputing your knowledge of all things UK, Dave, but surely there are more than five UK 45s that are worth more on issue than demo.

I think there are a number of prog/psych/freakbeat 45s that are equally hard on issue or demo and a fair few that are tougher on issue. John Bull Breed on Polydor springs to mind as an example...

.. unless that happens to be one of the five you're thinking of

NOT if your selling. but i agree if your buying. they are all on big sellers books and don't think they will explain themselves to anyone. but saying that, people pay their prices as the condition is usually top quality. but as they say ........ " if push comes to shove "

yes chalky i agree about it's quality. but the market will pick up again now xmas is over. and personally i think, it's a "buyers market" has passed.
