So its a shit record and the seller must be from another planet, but I'm sure there weren't that many of us who rushed off the floor at Casino complaining about it. I'm afraid our musical memeories sometimes get clouded in the light of how we feel about those Wigan pop records now. I do seem to remember the floor was still packed for Gary Lewis, Keith, Brian Hyland, Nosmo King, Lorraine Silver and the rest, as much as it was for all the "proper" northern sounds that were played.

Yes it is a totally shit record. I know someone who is into the heavy rock music shite and everytime I see him he constantly sings Footsee to me and drives me bozonkers. I tell him to f*** off and he says "Well its Northern Soul ay it" I have to admit I have a copy of the US Roulette Chosen Few vocal version. :no:

Whatever anybodies views on the 'quality' of this particular record/version...it has never been, and never will be Holy Grail material.... :no:
