September 23, 200519 yr Just out of interest what's the current valuation of Machine? ish in lbs, shillings and pence NogBad as a few sold on ebay within the last month the price dropped down then down and down even further i would be gutted if i was one of the original bidders who forked out $100 something bucks didnt think it was that good a tune maybe im wrong?
September 23, 200519 yr Author Not entirely sure as it's not set in stone just yet. I guess it's gonna rise cos of the N Soul exposure. Just did a search on Google & Ebay and there are currently no copies available anywhere , so it's a tricky one. September 23, 200519 yr Dunno about price going down and down, fetched £170 only last month on e-bay.

September 23, 200519 yr Author F**kin ek, someone's gonna get a bargain. Ray Munnigs current value is only 50 to 80 quid. Worth trading a RM with me, selling the Machine and buying a replacement with at least £90 change left on the pocket. Why didn't I think of that!!! Offer still stands for those who want - be quick though Dunno about price going down and down, fetched £170 only last month on e-bay.

September 24, 200519 yr Author Well you know I like them both actually, I'm in a win win situation cos I got a spare of MBLM and It won't be a hassle to auction it, but it would be nicer to trade and alot less hassle if you know what I mean Derek. Definately better off swapping Machine for a Ray Munnings Mike. Machine is well average, and not a little lightweight imho. Derek
September 24, 200519 yr From my reviews in September N.Soul Machine - My Baby Loves Me - Jarrett Staying up-tempo for this next number, an infectious dancer; from the group that gave the world the Disco Anthem, "There But For The Grace Of God Go I". "My Baby Loves Me" is a glorious group soul effort with just enough of a hint of disco (not too much, honest) to satisfy the dancers out there. A real pant swinger of a tune and then some, one to watch out for, for sure and just starting to go up in demand amongst those that know it.
September 24, 200519 yr Author Just purrfect Alison, lovely review btw. Loads of interest in this tune and it always strikes up a debate whenever there's a thread here on SS. Seems to be a love/hate thing goin' on, but my feelings are that it does warrant discussion and keeps the scene healthy imho.
