Probably me living in the past. Got my 1st copy given to me by the late Nev Wherry for my 18th birthday (top man, still sadly missed). Still got it & treasure it to this day.

Paid a tenner for my 2nd copy about 5 years ago.

Might be the right time to part with it, would never sell the copy i got off Nev though at any price.

This is another of those records like John Bowie, Admirations, Ringleaders, that was sold as a reissue/pressing but turned out to be an original. Last time I had it which was 2 years back I listed it for £25 and I don't think that was a mistake. Who dictates that these records quadruple in price, is it just the price guides?
