Heard this over recent times out and about but was curious about the background on it.

Unissued I believe so what are the ones being played?

Rob Moss originally found it and it was given to one or two to get cut, it is unissued, not even listed in Motown files as far as I no. I've been playing it for about 4 or 5 years, think it had it's first outing at Lifeline, could be wrong.

Yeah I've been listening to the podcast Chalky.This is one of those records that float around in your head for a bit when you first hear it then one day - bang! It hits you how good it is.

What a record!!

Any more comments people? Is it not that widely known?

Who else has played it out ( I know Karl Heard has)?

The track is in the Vault but not listed as a Contours recording .. it is credited to Dennis Edwards as a solo artist

Title is 'Can't Do Without Your Love' - Written by James Dean, William Weatherspoon & Spencer Seajoseffer .. I've never heard of the last guy and can find no other tracks written by him
