As per the essential northern soul guide 'Brown & Koppel'

'Contrary to collector's rumour this was not bootlegged on the cream label with red lettering. However white demo copies were counterfeited, they have a glossy label and pronounced convex. The bootleg is green label on styrene manufactured at Monarch (99525)'

The green label boot by The Epitome of Sound wasn't speeded up it was the Moses Smith cover up on the greeny/blue Sandbag that was

not this one

ey up andy.....i was half right, it was green and it was speeded up , although, why anyone would want to speed it up is beyond me

Because 100 mph dancers/Stompers were all the rage at that time

a lot of the real white demo's have a small dirty mark on the label directly above the matrix !, suppose from years of buyers rubbing with their fingers to check it's there lol, seen loads of these in my search for a 100% minter !!
