About 5 years ago there was one came on Ebay "From the estate of a record producer, found in a box of records at garage sale unplayed condition " $9.99 I watched it like a hawk for a week , then forgot and popped out just as it finished (no bids)

The guy re listed it , so like a fool i slapped £100 on it which i still feel drew attention to it

i think it eventually went for about £250/300 ? Gutted !

It took me 35 years to get a kosher Demo,,,, Shit Hard on the Pale Blue Issue,,,, Ive seen two ISSUES that have come along in the last year or so ,,, Nev Shooter has a Minter and i believe Julian Bentley has turned one up!!

Good luck on this as Phil says an old classic but commands respect from a collectors point of view!
