I listened to that cut, and it is certainly "Oh Love". I didn't hear any "Duke of Soul" in the recording. I've never heard of any "Duke of Soul" as a flip to "Wasting Time".

"dukeofsoul" is the name of the youtube user / uploader. Do not listen for any part of the song "duke of earl" or whatever you may have been listening for.

it has nothing to do with copyright, it has to do with the culture of a specific segment of US collectors trying to outdo each other and prove that they own certain records by posting video of themselves actually playing the record.
